Not hungry and weight loss?
Sooo first i must say i am a college student, and i honestly dont really work out alot.
I feel like i eat more than i usually do than i did a home but first, i lost ten pounds being
here at school. Now for this last couple weeks I havnt really been that hungry at all, like
Ill eat stuff just to suppress my hunger for later but i wont eat how i usually do… this is so
weird!!!
Does anyone have an idea with whats wrong with me?!
I am NOT hungry at all is what im saying…
Go work out and do something physical. If you study a lot than you wont get hungry.
