How do I stop my really bad flatulence?
It’s affecting my life. All I can concentrate on in class is my flatulence. By flatulence, I mean it’s like the feeling of your stomach growling, but with gas. As hard as I try to hold it in, I end up stinking the room. It’s silent, but I feel bad for people around me. I see them covering their noses. Please help

Go to a store, such as Walmart, Walgreen’s, CVS Pharmacy, etc and get Beano tablets to carry with you at ALL times. It says to take 1 or 2 or 3 just before you eat anything, but I often take 4 tablets before I eat anything. I am 42 yrs old man who had the same problem until I started chewing up Beano tablets right before I eat most things.
Also, The Foods that you are eating are causing this. I had to Stop Eating certain foods. I am 42 yr old man who had to stop eating these foods as well as other foods: French Fries, Milk, Yogurt, Cheese, Saltine Crackers, Graham Crackers, Salsa, Tostito Chips, Dorito’s, and French Fries and Greasy hamburgers. I suggest you notice what foods are causing this and cut Way Down on those foods.

Lmao.
When you gotta go, you gotta go ;D
Stephanieeff | Feb 06, 2010

Well, for the most part, your flatulence is determined by your diet. Diets high in protein foods (meats, beans, and eggs) will caused the bacteria that is located in your digestive system to produce more gas, which equals more flatulence. Flatulence also varies from person to person, so there is a genetics aspect to it too.

So, basically, you will have to lower your intake of protein foods to have any affect on your flatulence.

Screw people around you. You need to do what I did in school — embrace your farts. Become the best farter in the whole school. When you feel the urge to erupt the anal volcano just hold your hands up to silence the crowd, bend over a little, lift your leg and peel off a bottom burp that will shake the windows. Everyone will love it and you will probably get a standing ovation. Indeed, your carpet bombs will make you famous. So next time you have to poke a hole in the ozone just remember; barking spiders is ALWAYS funny and you will soon have every guy in the whole school trying to exceed your butt sneezes.

Never let your stomach get completely empty. Make sure you eat a good, balanced breakfast daily. Don’t skip breakfast & no Pop Tarts! You get your energy for the day from your breakfast meal. Keep some snacks in your book bag to nibble on every two hours so your stomach doesn’t become empty to let air pockets form to cause gas. You can nibble on a snack between classes.

Fluer de Lis taught me to use chlorophyll pills. They work, just give it time. It will help your smelly feet, breath and pits too. Also, eat some yogurt or take probiotics capsules.

What do you think of this text? Typos aside – not a native speaker?
Father Riley, the confessor of the monastery was looking out of the narrow window, his warm, blue eyes filled with sorrow as he was listening the discussion taking place in the old and Spartan decorated room.

"It is my conclusion that sister Dolores is suffering from a very peculiar form of schizophrenia. She seems convinced that she is being visited by night by this demonic entity she calls Yasir. I would recommend getting professional help", Mr. Gonzales, the psychiatrist they had sent for concluded.

"And what exactly do you mean professional help", Mother Superior cut in.

"It’s been almost a month, now, and she is getting more and more hysterical. You should know that, as days go by, her situation is getting worse. If I had known at the right time." the psychiatrist’s eyes fixed themselves accusatory on the priest’s back.

The priest felt the gaze and with a sigh turned around, pulling off his round glasses.

"You know that I have sworn to keep the secrecy of everything I hear in the confessional.", he replied softly.

Mr. Gonzales fought the urge to jump off the chair and yell. The poor girl had had to go hysterical during the mass for him to be called, and, when Mother Superior had asked for him professional help, the sickness had already began engulfing her. Taking deep breaths to calm himself, he added in a tone laced with sarcasm:

"And you are not convinced she is having hallucinations either."

"My son, in my world, what often seems impossible is not. Blind people see, deaf hear, and dead people resurrect through the sheer will of our Lord."

"I am a good Christian, father," the psychiatrist brutally cut in," and I do not dare to question the miracles. But now, in this century.I find it hard to believe that something akin to miracle is happening. A daemon at night visiting a nun ..excuse me for saying so, Mother Superior, but this girl must be having only the natural urges. I am even surprised she hadn’t experienced them so far. She is only 21, it is only normal for her to have erotic dreams, even if she is currently a nun. One cannot escape nature."

"I wish that were true", Mother Superior spoke, a tinge of regret in her voice, "That would have been a fortunate case. You see, doctor, nobody ever forced her to remain here. Never. But we are the only family she has ever had, and I know she loves us dearly, for we too love her. Dolores is the younger of us, and unfortunately, we could offer her little of the youth’s joys. I have taken her to the town a few times, but she is as skittish as a mare, especially when it comes to men. I must confess I feel guilty about it, for I have a feeling she does not belong in a monastery. I would have loved if she were to get a family of her own, yet, unfortunately, it seems that we have not prepared her enough for the outer world." She finished in a gentle voice.

"Yes, we have discussed these things before, and, once again we don’t seem to come to a mutual conclusion. I have discusses to my superiors and we have decided to move her into a Mental Institution!"

"You can’t do that!" the father’s voice was angry. "She is not crazy! Putting her in there will only make things worse!"

"She thinks she has sex with a daemon! Really, father, I can’t believe you actually think she’s telling the truth. We followed her, remember? We followed her for a week, day and night and nothing out of the ordinary has happened!"

"I must say I agree with father Riley on this matter. Dolores will remain here, and we shall look after her as well as we can. Taking her out of her home to forcibly move her to a mental facility will do nothing but further damage."

"I am truly sorry that you feel this way" the psychiatrist rummaged through his briefcase then stood up, handling a file to the Mother superior. "These are the papers, I have all the clearances I need. As I depart I shall take her with me to Madrid. You are, of course allowed to visit her every time."

"But.."

"I am sorry, but I will save this poor girl’s mind. I assure you that once I’m done, she will be a happy young woman.", he concluded. "Now, if you’ll excuse me, I must go and see what she is doing."

As the door closed with a low hiss behind him, Mother Superior spoke in a tired voice, rubbing her forehead:

"What have we done?"

I think it’s very interesting.

IMDB rating: 7.10

Plot: John Marion Stryker is the ultimate Marine, a tough rifle squad leader who in 1943 is assigned a squad of new recruits saddled with three veterans and an old enemy of Stryker’s from previous duties in the Far East. One recruit in particlar is a source of friction with Stryker, Peter Conway, whose father was Stryker’s CO at Guadalcanal and who felt his son was too soft and cowardly to be a Marine. The squad grows more and more resentful at Stryker’s increasingly brutal training regimen and his lack of sympathy for the varied personal problems of the recruits, but his determination to mold them into fighting men helps save their lives when the squad is landed at Tarawa in November 1943 and Stryker risks his life to blow up a Japanese bunker that has slaughtered Marines trapped at a log wall. The now battle-tested squad becomes more closely-knit and Stryker’s relationship with the men warms as the squad eventually finds itself in the bloodiest island battle of the war, at Iwo Jima.

It was John Wain who first said "I will be back. "

Not that fellow who played the hulk.

But to answer your question. Have you watched "Gilda". She sings put the blame on me boys, put the blame on me, war time favorite.

Also "Rebecca"

Bet you do not remember "The Iron horse." It was a train – western.

Gregory Peck was funny.

Went The Day Well.

Mrs Miniver (American war film, brilliant).

My grandfather once was in a film with Patrick McGoohan who was Danger Man. (John Drake).

So, yes there certainly have been some excellent black and white films, including those in your list.

"Saturday Night and Sunday Morning" was another classic.

Richard Burton of course was a great actor. So too his wife Elizabeth Taylor.

But my favorite was – is Glenda Jackson. In serious films or comedy. Not many can do both successfully as she did.

I like the WW II movies especially with Nazis doing their intimidation thingy.

I also like the 60’s stuff with our people and the British dorking the KGB.

It’s a charming animated tale that finds Barbie far from the sandbox and in a fantasy land with rabbits and dragons for friends and a chance at romance.

Songs to study for a soprano 2? ?
I’m an 18-year old teenager who recently enrolled in her first voice lesson. My vocal coach told me that I am a soprano 2 and that I have a very soft voice that is suitable for modern songs rather than classic songs. So far, the songs we have studied are

-Taylor the Latte Boy
-Wish Upon a Star (from Barbie Rapunzel -_-)

Next week, she told me to prepare 3 more songs. The problem is I also want to learn songs from musicals, as I plan to pursue theater this summer. Modern songs are okay, too. So far, I’m thinking of "Unwritten" by Natasha Bedingfield. If you guys have any songs in mind (preferrably broadway/modern pop/rock) I would appreciate it greatly.

Thanks in advance!

Claude tells him to destroy it but shortly after leaving returns so that he can watch it. Now the video’s a little fuzzy but clearly he can see that the man wears a particular type of clothing. Claude goes around checking every man he knows to see if they wear that clothing. He discovers that Max, his protege and a ladies man wears it.
