What would you do if your ex-husband of almost 5 years suddenly stops by your house unannounced?
I posted this question a little while ago.. but I’ve decided to repost with more detail- as I found myself being severely misunderstood. My ex and I did not have any contact for 8 months, and suddenly he stops by my house- out of the blue.. no phone call or anything. I let him in.. we visited for a bit. I asked him why he was in town (he lives about an hr away) and he would not give me a straight answer. I wasn’t being a b**** by saying he has bipolar.. his Bipolar Disorder is what supposedly made him violent. He would bite me on my arms- leaving bruises, he would smack me, elbow me, knock me down.. and one time he even kicked me in the head. I DO NOT want this man in my life.. how do I get rid of him once and for all???
Update: He stopped by my place again! I DID NOT answer the door this time. He rang my buzzer a few times (I live in a secure apartment building)- but he did eventually leave. He hung around for awhile- before leaving (I shut out all my lights and peaked through my blinds to see if he was still out there), and I could see him waiting by his car for 30 or more minutes. It was quite a scary feeling- like being stalked. At the same time- I was worried that he might do something to my car, which was parked in the lot.
I just put a letter in the mail- making him aware of my intentions to file a restraining order if he tries contacting me again. Do you think this was a smart thing to do?? I honestly want to move, but can’t afford to right now… =(

How do you get a good melody going to a song?
I’ve got a huge book of lyrics/poems that I have written over some time now…..The problems is that I’m not sure how to think up a good melody to go with them to make it into a song-I’ve tried experimenting on the piano different rythmns, and harmonies blah blah blah….experimenting with my voice and what might sound good but all in all I’m getting NOWHERE!!….I want to be good at this but I don’t even know how to think up a melody-and without a melody no song period(no one like to listen to words)

Snake for a beginner but scared of being bitten?
I really want a snake but i’m afraid of being bitten because of all the movies i’ve seen. I used to be afraid of guinea pigs but once i seen they didn’t bite me i was ok even though i have been nipped, but what about a snake. I really want a ball python because of its size a corn snake is too small, are there any other snakes that would be fit for a beginner??

a few years ago, a guy in my lil town was bitten by one of his pet snakes and died within 15 minutes. i think it was called an african rhinoviper. anyway, i would suggest starting with a rubber snake. they’re easy to clean up after, cost like nothing to feed, and they don’t carry salmonella in their scales.

I would get a ball python. Thats what i got for a beginner snake. I was terrified of them but my first one never bit me. Then I got a boa and he bit me, it doesn’t hurt at all, like a prick of a needle. I would just get a ball python they dont get too big either and are extremely nice mine would always hang out on my bra strap while i went places lol

Corn snakes are excellent begginner snakes, but in a way, so are ball pythons. I would suggest that you get a corn snake before a pythin since pythons require more care, and often have a tendency to randomly stop eating for days at a time. Your snake will not bite you, whether a corn or a ball, unless you handle him after he has eaten without washing your hands of the rodent scent, you abruptly grab and scare him, or if you grab his head or tail. As long as your gentle with him, he’ll be gentle back. Also, corn snakes do not have the potential to seriously harm you if they are really hungry, whereas Pythons majorly do. Corns can be housed in a 10-30 gallon tank and be fed 1 pinky mouse/ week. You can handle them daily and use paper towels as substrate. Use a mild heating pad.

I cant be myself around my family . What can I do ?
Well I just moved to my country after living in the USA for all my life. & I just started hanging out with my family that I havent seen since I was little.
